- Pay all applicable charges for services rendered in a timely manner.
3. Pickup and Delivery
- Pickup and delivery services are available within specific service areas and time slots.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
- If a customer is unavailable at the agreed pickup or delivery time, reattempt charges may apply.
4. Garment Care and Liability
- We follow industry-standard cleaning methods and care labels provided by manufacturers.
- While we exercise utmost care, we are not liable for damage due to:
- Defective clothing items or fabrics
- Items without proper care labels
- Normal wear and tear or fading
- Pre-existing damage or stains that cannot be removed
- Maximum Liability: In the unlikely event of loss or damage, our liability will not exceed 10 times the cleaning cost of the affected item.
5. Lost or Unclaimed Items
- Customers are advised to collect or receive their items within 15 days of service completion.
- Items not claimed within 30 days may be donated or discarded without further notice.
- Lost items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for investigation.
6. Payment Terms
